Uri Mashiach 0228de0189 recipes-bsp: u-boot-fw-utils: remove cl_setenv 
The current version, of the utility "fw_setenv", is able to write into
the boot partitions of the eMMC. Therefor, the utility "cl_setenv" is no
longer required.

Kirill Kapranov 6e3d63076c meta: Fix name servers list issue 
DNS resolution issue has been caused by the conflict of the services
connman and systemd-resolved. Problem has been found in hardknott Yocto
release; former releases are OK.

The solution is arranged as a meta-layer, added to meta-compulab-bsp
