Add some licenses for sources to readme

Browse Source 
This adds a column to the Sources table for licenses.
Licenses which could be determined from each source
are populated, along with a link to the license if the license
is not mentioned in the host file itself.

Related to the following issue:
https://github.com/StevenBlack/hosts/issues/350
