We've got a fix for Firefox fake adblocker listings

Directly inspired by https://github.com/DandelionSprout/adfilt/discussions/648 and https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/wiki/Privileged-Pages. It is currently unclear who I should pay the bounty to (There are at least two candidates), or even if I could claim the credit for it (resulting in no payout).
