Big syntax update

According to what I understood of https://github.com/DandelionSprout/adfilt/discussions/163#discussioncomment-5179818. I ran the following RegEx: `^(\|\|[a-z0-9.-]{1,}\.[a-z]{2,10}\^?)\$removeparam=([a-zA-Z0-9_-]{1,})$` → `\1*\2$removeparam=\2`. I really hope this was indeed what the syntax is now supposed to look like.
