Code Issues Packages Projects Releases 10 Wiki Activity

Remove links to weekly sync and open discussion as these docs weren't updated for 2 years and link the Minutes folder instead (#4554)

Browse Source 
These docs do not seem to be the standard entries anymore given than
it's been 2 years since they were used.
