Running `bazel test //...` reported: ``` Test execution time outside of range for MODERATE tests. Consider setting timeout="short" or size="small". ``` This change adds size="small" to avoid such warnings being reported. --------- Co-authored-by: Chandler Carruth <chandlerc@gmail.com>
