CJ Johnson d0e8afc51b Handle arrow operator (#3768)
This change implements the check behavior for the arrow operator.

`ptr->Foo()` is rewritten as `(*ptr).Foo()` and `ptr->(X.y)` is
rewritten as `(*ptr).(X.y)`
