The Prelude path can be very long, which can make the `SourceLocation`'s
`Print(...)` method output unnecessarily verbose. This PR modifies the
`SourceLocation`'s `Print()` method to just print the **filename** and
**line number** for prelude.
This migrates explorer tests to file_test, using the new --autoupdate
functionality. Per discussion, the trace tests that were using "not"
output are mostly migrated to checking full output. The main exception
is tests that were including trace output from the prelude: the prelude
output is pretty long (multiple MB already) and I think it wasn't the
intent to include, only trace output from the small program.
This is the remaining use of lit support, so the supporting libraries
are also removed here.
The intent of this change is that instead of paths looking like `explorer/testdata/foo/bar.carbon` (repo-relative), they're now just `bar.carbon` (local). The consequence is that paths should be a bit more durable in various environments, and just paths should be shorter and easier to read.
The explorer's prelude is an exception to this since it comes from data, rather than being the test target. Due to the change in approaches, it needs the regex again.

I'm still leaving a handful of `lit` tests to test end-to-end binary execution. This is why testdata directories are split (`lit` tests next to the `explorer` binary, the `cc_test`s next to `ParseAndExecute`).
This is adding more validation of intrinsics. It addresses a bug in rand where CHECK-fails would occur for bad range inputs, instead of a runtime error. I'm also addressing what I think was an int32 range issue in the handling by running the generator with int64.
The intent here is that changes to prelude.carbon shouldn't break every test that expects some error from prelude.carbon; that would be too fragile. As a consequence, this effectively ignores the line number in prelude.carbon.
This is a little complex because we don't know which line in the original source file is actually causing the error, just that there is an error. Also, the previous look-behind approach required a fixed-with prefix, whereas we want a little more than that in order to capture the filename for comparison.
This would be hard to do with extra_check_replacement because the path to bazel.runfiles is complex to calculate. As a consequence, this is basically all new code.
