Dana JansensandChandler Carruth	744b1290cf	Roll LLVM b20d7d02..6811a83c815 (#6844 ) Roll LLVM to `6811a83c81500ee373adfc0d9978ff9625a4cf1c`. This includes https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/183831 which moved the functionality of `finish()` on `DiagnosticConsumer`s into the destructors, and removed the `finish()` method. Roll LLVM to `6811a83c81500ee373adfc0d9978ff9625a4cf1c`.

This includes https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/183831 which

Fix IsEntryPoint to only recognize `Run` as the program entry point when
it is declared at package scope in the `Main` package, not when it
appears inside a namespace or via C++ interop.
